Privacy notice

mysidepay is a Scriptinc product. This page is a waitlist for an upcoming neighbourhood help app launching first in Toronto, Canada.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect the email address you submit and the time of signup. Cloudflare (our hosting provider) runs this site and a Turnstile bot check on the form, so we can run the form and stop abuse. We do not store your IP address. To limit repeated attempts we keep a salted hash of the connection address for a short time, not the address itself.

Why

We use your email only to tell you when mysidepay opens in your area and for closely related product updates. We do not sell your email.

Who holds it

Signup emails are stored by Cloudflare (our hosting provider) and may also be copied to our email inbox at hello@mysidepay.com. Scriptinc staff who work on mysidepay can see them.

How long

We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to delete them, or until we close the waitlist and no longer need them for launch, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Unsubscribe any time from the link in every email, or email hello@mysidepay.com and ask us to delete your address. We will remove it from the waitlist and from our inbox copies we control.
